Delivery Information

At Heredera, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and with care.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We currently deliver across Lagos and all states in Nigeria.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: * Lagos: 1–3 Working Days
    * Outside Lagos: 3–5 Working Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or high-volume sale periods.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

A: Yes. Same-day delivery is available within Lagos only, subject to order confirmation, payment verification, product availability, and dispatch capacity. Same-day delivery attracts an additional fee of ₦2,000, payable in addition to the applicable standard delivery fee.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout or communicated by our customer service team before your order is dispatched.

Q: When is my order processed?

A: Orders are processed upon confirmation of full payment.

Orders placed outside our business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next Working Day.

Q: How do I receive my order?

A: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they or an authorised representative is available to receive their orders. Delivery is deemed completed when an order is delivered to, or collected by, the customer or any person authorised by the customer to receive the order. Please note that orders delivered by dispatch riders cannot be tried on before acceptance. This does not affect your rights in relation to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?

A: Failure to answer calls or attend to the dispatch rider may attract:

* A re-delivery fee; and/or
* Additional charges to return the package to us.

Q: What if my order is not delivered?

A: Undelivered orders should be reported within:

* 24 hours of the advertised delivery date for Lagos deliveries; or
* 48 hours of the advertised delivery date for deliveries outside Lagos.

Prompt reporting allows us to investigate and resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I collect my order?

A: Yes. Orders may be collected from our store at:
